Phase 1: EVOLVE
The Foundations
In these opening sessions you’ll learn the Foundational tools of life coaching.
You’ll complete this phase equipped with practical techniques to evolve into the next version of yourself.
These tools can be applied to one area of your life and then reused again and again to create new results.
You’ll receive video and audio lessons, plus journal prompts designed to help you uncover the thought patterns and belief systems that have been holding you back.
With this new awareness, you’ll replace outdated thinking with beliefs that produce better-feeling, more powerful results.
All of this work is grounded in Compassionate Observation of your own mind.
As you learn to witness your thinking with kindness, your relationship with yourself improves exponentially.
New results begin to appear in your life “as if by magic” as you take radical responsibility for your thoughts, emotions and actions.

In the sessions that follow the foundations you’ll be coached to apply everything you learned during the Evolve phase to a specific goal you want to achieve. Applying a rigorous Experimentation Framework you’ll test and iterate according to results, celebrating wins along the way and extracting value from failure, in the confident knowledge that failure is feedback. Your confidence to try new approaches will grow, and your self-confidence will deepen as you take yourself through the process of getting to where you want to be in any area of your life. You’ll develop resilience and perseverance as you continue to take action, even when you don’t feel perfect, because of your dedication to creating new results on purpose.
This is the art of living a deliberate life, one designed with intention, purpose and love, for self and all.
